## How much does JetBlue Mint Business Class to London cost?

JetBlue Mint Business Class to London Heathrow operates daily on the A321LR aircraft: 22 Mint Suite seats (closing door, 1-1 lie-flat with direct aisle access, 17-inch screen) + 2 Mint Studio seats (the front-row upgrade, 22-inch screen, guest seat for a fellow Mint traveler). Daily BOS-LHR and JFK-LHR. Through a consolidator, BOS-LHR Mint Suite typically prices $2,300-$2,800 round-trip, consistently the cheapest closing-door Business Class on US-LHR routes.

- JetBlue Mint Suite: closing-door 1-1 lie-flat, 22-inch width
- Mint Studio: 2 seats per A321LR (front row, 22-inch screen)
- BOS-LHR round-trip consolidator: $2,300-$2,800 (cheapest US-LHR)
- A321LR single-aisle aircraft (intimate cabin vs widebody competitors)

Fare bands by US origin

## JetBlue Mint Business Class fares from each US gateway

Round-trip consolidator fare bands in shoulder season (April-May, September-October). Peak summer and holiday windows typically run 30-50% higher.

| US Origin | Fare band | Flight time | Cabin / aircraft |
|---|---|---|---|
| BOS | $2,300-$2,800 | ~6h 30m eastbound | Daily Mint A321LR; cheapest US-LHR Business |
| JFK | $2,500-$3,000 | ~7h eastbound | Daily Mint A321LR |

## Mint Suite + Mint Studio: two cabins on one aircraft

JetBlue Mint on the A321LR has 24 Business Class seats total: 2 Mint Studios in the front row, one each side of the aisle (the larger product, with a guest seat) + 22 Mint Suites behind them (the standard closing-door product). Both have sliding privacy doors, full lie-flat beds and direct aisle access.

The Mint Studio is the upgrade: a 22-inch screen, a guest seat and side table that a fellow Mint traveler can use at cruising altitude, a mirrored vanity, more storage and a larger bed surface. It is sold as a paid seat upgrade over a Mint Suite, priced by route and date; JetBlue publishes no fixed Studio price. The two Studios sit on opposite sides of the aisle, so two travelers cannot sit side by side, but a companion in a Suite can join you in the guest seat. For sleep alone, the Mint Suite has the same door, flat bed and aisle access.

## Why Mint to LHR consistently beats BA + Virgin on price

JetBlue Mint operates on single-aisle A321LR aircraft, which have lower per-seat operating costs than the wide-body 777 / A350 / A330 aircraft that BA, Virgin Atlantic, and Delta One operate on US-LHR. JetBlue passes that cost advantage through to consolidator pricing.

BOS-LHR Mint Suite at $2,300-$2,800 round-trip is consistently the cheapest closing-door Business Class on US-LHR routes. BA Club Suite typically prices $2,400-$2,900 (slightly more). Virgin Upper Class $2,400-$2,900. Delta One $2,500-$3,000. The price gap is real and represents a 5-15% savings on identical premium-cabin features (closing door, lie-flat, 22-inch width).

## The trade-off: smaller cabin, less storage, less IFE depth

The single-aisle A321LR means a smaller Mint cabin (24 seats vs 60-80+ seats on a widebody Business). For travelers who want the larger cabin experience or more flight attendant attention, the widebody Business is preferable. For travelers who appreciate the more intimate cabin scale, Mint wins.

Storage is slightly less than wide-body Business (no large stowage bin or wardrobe at each seat). IFE library is smaller than BA or Virgin (JetBlue's content library is good but not as deep as legacy carriers). For most US-LHR Business travelers, these are minor trade-offs against the $200-500 round-trip savings and the closing-door cabin parity with BA + Virgin.

## Frequently asked

### How much does JetBlue Mint Business Class to London cost?

Through a consolidator in shoulder season: BOS-LHR Mint Suite round-trip typically $2,300-$2,800 (the cheapest US-LHR Business Class). JFK-LHR Mint Suite $2,500-$3,000. Mint Studio is a paid seat upgrade on top, priced by route and date. The published fare on jetblue.com for the same flights typically runs $4,200-$5,000.

### Is JetBlue Mint Suite better than BA Club Suite to London?

Both are closing-door lie-flat suites with direct aisle access. BA Club Suite is 1-2-1, about 21 inches wide with an 18.5-inch screen, on the widebody A350-1000 and 777-300ER (a larger cabin); Mint Suite is 1-1, about 22 inches wide (measured) with a 17-inch screen, on the single-aisle A321LR (a smaller, more intimate cabin). BA Club Suite fares include its Heathrow lounges; JetBlue's BlueHouse lounges are at JFK and Boston only (Mint and Mint Flex fares). Through a consolidator, Mint typically prices about $100 below Club Suite on the same dates, so for solo travelers it delivers the same lie-flat bed and privacy door for a little less.

### Can I redeem TrueBlue points for JetBlue Mint to London?

JetBlue TrueBlue does not have a fixed-price Business Class award; pricing is dynamic and tied to cash fare. Typical Mint Suite redemption: 80,000-200,000 TrueBlue points one-way US-LHR + cash. Better value: pay cash through a consolidator (often beats the redemption cost when valued at ~1¢/point). For miles redemption to LHR, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club at 47,500 miles one-way is the cheapest Business mileage option.

### Does Mint Studio fly to London?

Yes. Both Mint Suite and Mint Studio are on every JetBlue Mint A321LR aircraft, including the daily BOS-LHR and JFK-LHR routes. Mint Studio supply is constrained (just 2 seats per aircraft); book 3-4+ months ahead for Studio on peak dates. The Studio is the front-row, closing-door seat with a 22-inch screen and a guest seat that a fellow Mint traveler can use at cruising altitude.

### Where else does JetBlue Mint fly transatlantic?

Winter 2026/27: New York JFK to London Heathrow (twice daily) and Paris, and Boston to London Heathrow and Paris. Summer seasonal: Boston to Amsterdam, London Gatwick, Dublin, Edinburgh, Madrid, Barcelona and Milan, and New York JFK to Dublin and Edinburgh. All on the A321LR with Mint Suite + Mint Studio. Boston has the larger Mint network to Europe; for travelers in Boston or NYC, Mint is often the most affordable closing-door Business Class to Europe.

### How does a Business Class consolidator price compare to the airline website?

A contracted consolidator typically prices 30-60% below the airline's published Business Class fare on the same flight. Same airline, same cabin, same seat, same lounge access, same baggage. Only the fare class differs - consolidators access privately filed fare buckets (I, Z, P, R or airline-specific codes) that the airline files for distribution only through accredited agencies in exchange for volume commitments.

### Will I earn frequent flyer miles on a consolidator Business Class ticket?

Yes, in almost all cases. Tickets are issued in standard fare classes that earn miles in the airline's frequent flyer program at the rates published for the fare class. Some heavily-discounted contract buckets earn at 50-75% of distance flown instead of 125-150%. We confirm the exact earning rate on every quote before you ticket.

### What should I verify in writing before paying any travel agency?

Six items: (1) ARC, IATA, or IATAN accreditation; (2) fare basis specified in writing; (3) aircraft type confirmed; (4) baggage allowance in writing; (5) refund / change policy in writing; (6) credit card payment accepted. Reputable agencies will provide all six before any deposit; walk away from anyone who will not.

## Fare information & legal notice

At Business Class Travel, all fares are transparently displayed in USD and include all taxes, fees, and surcharges. Quoted prices are 'from' rates per person, typically for weekday (Monday-Thursday) Business Class travel originating in the USA, with the final price varying based on your chosen cabin, departure city, airline, and route. Generally, the lowest transatlantic fares depart from the East Coast, transpacific from the West Coast, and Latin American routes from Florida. To offer you unique value, some partner airline or itinerary details may remain confidential online until the time of booking, allowing us to secure savings of up to 60% off full unrestricted fares from major airlines, though actual savings vary by specific fare rules. Please note that some airlines may charge extra for baggage, and all our special fares are subject to seat availability, which is limited and may not be available on all flights or dates. We are pleased that many of our partner airlines currently offer flexible booking policies, including free exchanges and/or cancellations; typically, cancellations result in an airline travel credit (less any airline fees) valid per the airline's policy, while exchanges may incur a fare difference. Fares and their governing rules are subject to change without prior notice, and other restrictions may apply. The Business Class Travel team is always here to assist with any questions.
