These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and BusinessClassTravel.us ("we," "us," or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time; the most current version will always be posted on this page with the date of last update.
BusinessClassTravel.us acts as an independent travel agency. We arrange travel services on behalf of suppliers including airlines, hotels, and other travel providers. We are not the supplier of those services and are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any supplier or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages arising from a supplier’s services.
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any airline. Airline names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification.
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and on supplier inventory available at the time of quoting. Prices, fare rules, taxes, surcharges, and availability are subject to change without notice and are not confirmed until ticketed and confirmed in writing by an authorized BusinessClassTravel.us advisor.
Comparison fares shown ("published fare" or similar) are based on publicly available airline pricing at the time of booking and are illustrative only; actual savings vary by route, cabin, season, and fare class. Some partner fares are confidential by contract and may only be quoted on request.
Payment is due as agreed during the booking process. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits, where permitted by the applicable supplier rules.
Changes and cancellations are governed by the rules of the specific fare and supplier. Many of our partner airlines offer flexible booking policies including free exchanges and/or travel credits, but specific rules vary. Cancellations may result in an airline travel credit (less any airline fees) valid per the airline’s policy, while exchanges may incur a fare difference.
Our agency may charge a service fee for changes, cancellations, or refunds, in addition to any fees imposed by the supplier. All fees will be disclosed before you incur them.
Refunds, where permitted, are issued to the original form of payment after the supplier has issued the refund to us. Processing times vary by supplier.
You are responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers in your booking hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documents required for travel. Entry requirements may change at any time. We can provide general guidance but are not responsible for verifying or obtaining travel documents on your behalf.
You must ensure all names on tickets exactly match the names on government-issued identification used for travel. Name corrections after ticketing may incur fees or, in some cases, may not be possible.
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Site to send unsolicited communications, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site, or (d) use any automated means to access or scrape the Site without our prior written permission.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BusinessClassTravel.us or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Site at your own risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSINESSCLASSTRAVEL.US AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total agency service fees actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BusinessClassTravel.us and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
You and BusinessClassTravel.us agree to waive any right to a trial by jury.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
