Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Business Class Travel (the "Site") or by requesting a quote, booking, or other service through us (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Book Sky Fares, doing business as Business Class Travel ("we," "us," or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time; the most current version will always be posted on this page with the date of last update.

2. Our Role as a Travel Agency

Business Class Travel acts as an independent travel agency. We arrange travel services on behalf of suppliers including airlines, hotels, and other travel providers. We are not the supplier of those services and are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any supplier or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages arising from a supplier’s services.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any airline. Airline names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification.

3. Quotes, Bookings, and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and on supplier inventory available at the time of quoting. Prices, fare rules, taxes, surcharges, and availability are subject to change without notice and are not confirmed until ticketed and confirmed in writing by an authorized Business Class Travel advisor.

Comparison fares shown ("published fare" or similar) are based on publicly available airline pricing at the time of booking and are illustrative only; actual savings vary by route, cabin, season, and fare class. Some partner fares are confidential by contract and may only be quoted on request.

Payment is due as agreed during the booking process. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits, where permitted by the applicable supplier rules.

4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Changes and cancellations are governed by the rules of the specific fare and supplier. Many of our partner airlines offer flexible booking policies including free exchanges and/or travel credits, but specific rules vary. Cancellations may result in an airline travel credit (less any airline fees) valid per the airline’s policy, while exchanges may incur a fare difference.

Our agency may charge a service fee for changes, cancellations, or refunds, in addition to any fees imposed by the supplier. All fees will be disclosed before you incur them.

Refunds, where permitted, are issued to the original form of payment after the supplier has issued the refund to us. Processing times vary by supplier.

5. Travel Documents and Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers in your booking hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documents required for travel. Entry requirements may change at any time. We can provide general guidance but are not responsible for verifying or obtaining travel documents on your behalf.

You must ensure all names on tickets exactly match the names on government-issued identification used for travel. Name corrections after ticketing may incur fees or, in some cases, may not be possible.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Site to send unsolicited communications, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site, or (d) use any automated means to access or scrape the Site without our prior written permission.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

Business Class Travel quote and booking updates: by actively selecting the optional, unchecked SMS checkbox on a website contact, callback, flight quote or booking details form and submitting that form with your mobile number, you agree to receive texts about your fare quote, follow-ups about that quote, booking confirmations and e-ticket details, and replies to your questions. A phone call or form submission without SMS consent does not enroll you.

Message frequency varies with your quote or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of requesting a quote, booking travel or purchasing any service.

Reply STOP to stop messages. You will receive an opt-out confirmation and no further messages from the program. If you previously opted out, reply START to the same SMS number to resubscribe.

Reply HELP for help, call (877) 836-0819 or email info@businessclasstravel.us. Program texts use +1 (732) 702-5935; (877) 836-0819 is our advisor phone line.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and SMS program and consent page.
