EgyptAir took its first of 16 A350-900s in February 2026. Business has 30 suites in a 1-2-1 layout with sliding doors, and the aircraft offers Wi-Fi with free messaging and some free browsing. The 787-9, used on Newark and Washington Dulles, has 30 Business seats in a 1-2-1 reverse-herringbone layout: fully flat with direct aisle access, but no door. The older 777-300ER has angled 2-3-2 seats and is no longer the scheduled aircraft on New York through January 2027.
EgyptAir flies non-stop to Cairo from New York JFK (daily), Newark, Washington Dulles, Chicago O'Hare (three weekly since June 21, 2026) and Los Angeles (three weekly since May 23, 2026). The airline has said it aims for daily service on all its US routes by early 2027.
EgyptAir operates several lounges in its home Terminal 3 at Cairo. Its program is EgyptAir Plus, and as a Star Alliance member it earns and redeems with partners such as United MileagePlus and Air Canada Aeroplan.
